Eden Hazard says it would be a “dream” to play for Real Madrid as speculation over the Belgium star’s Chelsea future continues.
Hazard has inspired Belgium to a place in the World Cup semi-finals, with his side taking on France in St Petersburg on Tuesday.
Madrid have long been linked with a move for the 27-year-old, while the LaLiga giants could soon need to replace Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portugal captain is reportedly close to joining Serie A champions Juventus, freeing up a spot in Madrid’s front line.
And although Zinedine Zidane stepped down after the Champions League final, to be replaced by Julen Lopetegui, Hazard is still open to joining Madrid.
“Does Real make me dream less without Zidane?” Hazard told beIN SPORTS.
“Zidane is someone special, it’s true, but I think Real is everyone’s dream.
“Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey [of Madrid] is special but the blue jersey [of Chelsea] suits me well so it does not bother me if I stay.
“For now, it’s the World Cup. As I have said at least 100 times, I am at Chelsea and for the moment nobody has made me an offer.”
Former Manchester United goalkeeper Mark Bosnich took the unusual step of proposing to his partner from Red Square in Moscow via a Twitter video.
Bosnich, 46, is in Russia for the World Cup, where Australia – the nation he made 17 appearances for – were eliminated in the group stage.
But the former Socceroos, Chelsea and Aston Villa goalkeeper obviously still had important matters to attend to.
In a video posted on Twitter on Sunday, Bosnich wished his partner Sara a happy birthday, before asking her to marry him.
Good evening/morning..this is a special birthday wish to my beautiful partner Sara..wish I was there..and a special request..love you.xmb pic.twitter.com/GDZ52bWsqB

Cleary, Bosnich thinks Sara is also a keeper.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic thinks Sweden’s players all deserve to be given a Golden Ball award for their efforts at the World Cup.
Sweden exited Russia 2018 on Saturday after a 2-0 loss to England, who will face Croatia for a place in the final of the tournament.
But Sweden over-achieved against expectations even without the services of Ibrahimovic, who was impressed with Janne Andersson’s side.
“Every player should get a Golden Ball in Sweden,” Ibrahimovic wrote on Twitter.
“What they did will be remembered forever. Thank you for the show.”

Wayne Rooney – set to cross paths with the ex-Sweden international in MLS after joining DC United – was quick to tease his old Manchester United team-mate, though.
“How you feeling today mate @Ibra_official?” ex-England captain Rooney posted on Twitter.
“If you need a chat I’m always here.”

Ibrahimovic has also lost a bet with another former United player, David Beckham, meaning he will have to watch an England game at Wembley with the ex-LA Galaxy star.
Beckham had promised to buy Ibrahimovic whatever he wanted from IKEA if Sweden triumphed in Samara.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic lost the bet!
It looks like he’s heading to Wembley with David Beckham.
Get the #ENG shirt on order.
The fish and chips can probably wait, though…

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Beckham have agreed a World Cup bet ahead of Sweden taking on England in their quarter-final.
Ibrahimovic, setting into MLS life at Beckham’s old club LA Galaxy, has teased the former England captain over Saturday’s clash in Samara.
Sweden’s all-time leading goalscorer made Beckham a proposal – if England win, he will buy the Manchester United icon dinner anywhere in the world.
Beckham agreed to Ibrahimiovic’s terms of purchasing him whatever he wants from IKEA if Sweden triumph and move into the semi-finals at Russia 2018.
But if England come out on top in the quarter-final, Ibrahimovic could be making a trip to Wembley to see England and sample the national dish.

Watford completed the signing of Ben Foster from West Brom on a two-year deal.
The 35-year-old is well known to the Vicarage Road faithful after spending two consecutive seasons on loan with the Hornets from Manchester United during the 2005-06 and 2006-07 campaigns.
Foster – who has been capped by England eight times – featured in all but one of West Brom’s Premier League games last season as they suffered relegation to the Championship.
He has made an immediate return to the top flight, however, with Watford holding an option over an additional 12-month contract should the goalkeeper impress.
Foster is Javi Gracia’s second signing of the day after Sweden international Ken Sema arrived from Ostersunds.
The pair join Gerard Deulofeu, Marc Navarro, Adam Masina and Ben Wilmot as Watford’s signings ahead of the new campaign.

Stoke City winger Xherdan Shaqiri is hopeful he can remain in the Premier League.
Shaqiri scored eight goals in the 2017-18 season but was unable to prevent Stoke from dropping down to the Championship.
The 26-year-old former Bayern Munich man bowed out of the World Cup on Tuesday after Switzerland lost 1-0 to Sweden in St Petersburg, putting his club future back into focus.
“At the moment, I can’t say anything. You are going to hear soon on my future,” said Shaqiri, who has been linked to Liverpool, as well as a reunion with former Stoke boss Mark Hughes at Southampton.
“I was not thinking about this because I was just focused on my national team and wanted to make a good tournament for my team and my nation. It’s pretty normal to be aware of clubs being interested.
“I don’t know, it’s not dependant on me sometimes. Of course, I would like to play on the biggest stage in football. Everybody knows that.
“I hope I can stay in the Premier League. I hope so, you never know with football. I don’t rule out anything.”
